Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use the Data
The limited data described above helps us operate the site, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor build individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Williamson County and Tennessee offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information submitted on another service falls under that service's policy. The same rule applies to sponsored results, which an outside company provides.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information already described. We also comply with valid legal process. Apart from those purposes, we do not share visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Data
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as the stated uses require. Because user accounts are not offered, this service holds no account password or personal profile for a visitor.
Visitors Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted such data so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Rights
The Tennessee Information Protection Act, Tenn. Code Ann. ยงยง 47-18-3301 et seq., took effect July 1, 2025. Subject to its thresholds and exceptions, covered consumers may have rights to confirm access, correct or delete data, obtain a portable copy, receive disclosures, and opt out of certain sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. We can search our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Records held by Brentwood, Williamson County, or Tennessee government remain outside our control, so correction or disclosure questions about them must go to their custodian.
